All font generation is performed client-side in your browser, ensuring your text input remains private.

3. Use License

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the text content you input into AestheticFonts. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not store or transmit your text input to our servers.

4.2 Generated Fonts

The fonts generated by AestheticFonts are Unicode characters. Once generated, you are free to use them however you wish, subject to the restrictions in Section 3.2.

4.3 Our Content

All content on AestheticFonts, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, functionality, and software, is the property of AestheticFonts or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AestheticFonts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability
